Designed and built for WOW! Entertainment, this project is a 30,000-square-foot build-to-suit entertainment facility in Fenton, MO.

This project consists of an approximately 30,000 SF build-to-suit family entertainment facility designed to combine recreation, dining, and event functions within a single venue. The building is constructed using tilt-up concrete construction and includes a mix of 26-foot and 16-foot clear heights to accommodate varied entertainment uses and building functions.

Indoor attractions include eight lanes of duckpin bowling, four golf simulators, three karaoke rooms, and three private party rooms. Food and beverage operations are supported by a full-service commercial kitchen and two bars, allowing the facility to accommodate daily guests, private events, and group functions. An outdoor miniature golf course extends the entertainment program beyond the main building.

The structural system includes continuous strip footings and column pad foundations with 50-foot by 50-foot column spacing, providing an efficient interior layout. Electrical infrastructure includes an 800-amp service, while fire protection is provided by a wet-pipe sprinkler system. The roof assembly consists of a TPO roofing system for long-term durability and weather protection.

Site improvements include 105 parking spaces, along with a small block retaining wall and boulder wall to accommodate site grading. The project was engineered to support multiple entertainment uses, commercial food service, and high guest volumes within a durable, purpose-built facility.
