Completed for Transitional Care, this project is a 70,000-square-foot, 110-unit skilled nursing facility.

This project consists of an approximately 70,000 SF skilled nursing facility designed as a 120-bed transitional care center to support short-term rehabilitation and post-acute care services. The two-story facility includes 110 resident units and is constructed as a Type I-2 healthcare occupancy, meeting the requirements for skilled nursing and transitional care operations.

The building incorporates an approximately 5,000 SF therapy center dedicated to physical, occupational, and rehabilitation services, supporting resident recovery and wellness. Additional support spaces include a full-service commercial kitchen and on-site laundry facilities, providing essential operational services for residents and staff. Lower-level spaces accommodate building support functions and service areas, maximizing the efficiency of the overall facility layout.

Developed as an urban infill project, the facility required careful coordination within an established setting while delivering a modern healthcare environment. The project was completed as a HUD-financed development, providing a durable, code-compliant skilled nursing facility designed to support long-term operational performance and quality resident care.
