Designed for Desert Ridge Transitional Care, this project is an 75,000-square-foot, 80-unit skilled nursing facility.

This project consists of a 75,000 SF skilled nursing facility developed on an 11.10-acre site to provide both skilled nursing and sub-acute care services. The facility includes 80 resident rooms with a total of 170 beds, comprised of 114 skilled nursing beds and 56 sub-acute beds. The building is designed as an OSHPD 2 healthcare facility under I-2 occupancy and Type V-A wood construction, meeting California's healthcare construction requirements.

The facility is designed to support rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized medical services. Resident amenities include a large therapy area dedicated to physical, speech, and occupational therapies, along with multiple dining areas, recreational spaces, salon services, and gathering areas that promote resident comfort and engagement.

Outdoor amenities include landscaped courtyards designed for recreation, therapy, and controlled resident access. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, code-compliant healthcare facility with integrated therapy, wellness, and resident support spaces while meeting the stringent standards required for skilled nursing construction in California.
