Designed and built for Topgolf, this project is a 65,000 square foot premier golf and entertainment complex.

This project consists of an approximately 65,000 SF premier golf and entertainment complex developed on a 15-acre site. The facility includes approximately 20,000 SF of high-end bar, restaurant, and patio space, creating an integrated entertainment venue designed for year-round food, beverage, and recreational use.

The complex features 102 hitting bays equipped with RFID technology that provides instantaneous ball location and performance feedback. The outfield includes nine target structures constructed with heavy-gauge corrugated metal and maintenance access, while an automated ball distribution system delivers balls directly to each hitting bay for continuous operation.

The facility incorporates extensive technology infrastructure, including data and electrical systems designed to support 102 gaming consoles and 153 gas infrared heaters, ensuring guest comfort and a high-quality entertainment experience in all seasons. Architectural finishes include wood ceiling elements, custom fixtures, and tile finishes, creating a durable, upscale environment throughout the venue.

The project included complete civil, structural, and MEP coordination, delivering a high-performance entertainment facility engineered to support advanced technology systems, high occupancy loads, and long-term operational reliability.
