Completed for StoryPoint Group, this project is an 90,000-square-foot senior living facility equipped with assisted living and memory care units.

This project consists of an approximately 90,000 SF senior living community designed to provide assisted living and memory care services within a single integrated campus. The two-story facility includes 75 assisted living units and 30 memory care units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences to accommodate varying levels of care. The community is licensed as a Home for the Aged and is constructed using non-combustible metal-frame construction, providing long-term durability and life safety.

Resident amenities include a fitness center, therapy room, temple/theater, bistro caf茅, salon, and multiple activity rooms, creating spaces that support wellness, rehabilitation, recreation, and social engagement. A full-service commercial kitchen serves the dining program and daily resident meal service.

Exterior amenities include landscaped courtyards and walking paths, providing secure outdoor spaces for recreation, therapy, and resident interaction. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, resident-focused senior living community with integrated healthcare support, modern amenities, and thoughtfully planned indoor and outdoor environments.
