Completed for StoryPoint Group, this project is an approximately 50,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care senior living facility.

This project consists of an approximately 50,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility designed to provide a supportive residential environment for seniors requiring varying levels of care. The two-story building includes 56 one- and two-bedroom units with a total of 60 beds, creating a comfortable, residential setting for assisted living and memory care residents. The facility is constructed using wood framing with exterior finishes consisting of brick and stone veneer complemented by vinyl siding.

The community includes a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities designed to support resident wellness, recreation, and social engagement. Common spaces include activity rooms, resident lounges with fireplaces, a salon and day spa, theater, chapel, exercise facility, and dedicated therapy areas. Dining and gathering spaces extend outdoors with covered dining areas, while a second-floor deck overlooking a central courtyard and patio stage provides additional opportunities for outdoor recreation and community events.

The project was engineered to deliver a durable, resident-focused senior living community with thoughtfully planned amenities, efficient building systems, and comfortable indoor and outdoor environments that support long-term resident care and quality of life.
