Designed and built for Primrose Schools, this project is a 12,000 SF early education & child care pre-school with 11 unique classroom spaces.

This project consists of an approximately 12,000 SF early education and child care facility designed to serve multiple childhood age groups in a purpose-built learning environment. The building includes 11 classrooms, each tailored to specific developmental stages, providing age-appropriate educational and activity spaces.

The facility incorporates a range of amenities to support learning, recreation, and safety, including a fully FEMA-compliant tornado shelter, dedicated playgrounds for infants, early preschool, and preschool-aged children, an after-school playground and basketball court, and a Primrose garden patch for outdoor educational activities.

A subsequent expansion added approximately 1,000 SF and two additional classrooms, extending the facility to meet growing enrollment needs. The expansion utilized single-story wood-frame construction with pre-manufactured wall panels and roof trusses for efficient delivery. Interior systems include LED lighting, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were extended from the existing building to seamlessly integrate the addition with the original facility. The project was engineered to provide a safe, flexible, and durable educational environment designed to support early childhood development.
