Completed for Parkside Bank, this project is an approximately 20,000-square-foot interior demolition and office renovation in St. Louis, MO.

This project consists of an approximately 20,000 SF interior demolition and office renovation located on the fifth floor of an occupied office building. The scope transformed the existing office environment with upgraded finishes, integrated building systems, and a modern workplace layout while maintaining building operations throughout construction.

Interior improvements include a high-end architectural lighting package coordinated with the building's audio/visual systems to create a seamless user experience throughout meeting and collaboration spaces. Premium finishes include upscale flooring, wall coverings, cabinetry, and ceiling systems, delivering a contemporary, Class A office environment. The office layout incorporates demountable wall systems with wood-look cladding, providing flexibility for future reconfiguration while maintaining a high-end architectural appearance.

Construction was completed using a phased approach to minimize disruption and allow continued operations for both building tenants and the general public. The project was engineered to modernize the office space while maintaining uninterrupted occupancy and enhancing long-term workplace flexibility.
