Designed and built for Buckeye Self Storage, this project is an approximately 90,000-total-square-foot self storage facility and office space.

This project consists of an approximately 90,000 SF self-storage facility designed to provide a combination of climate-controlled and drive-up storage options. The development includes a main conditioned storage building, three detached buildings serving drive-up units, and an approximately 0 SF office, creating a flexible storage campus for a variety of customer needs.

The primary structure is constructed using a single-story light-gauge metal framing system with a horizontal fa莽ade featuring a combination of stone veneer, synthetic stucco, and insulated metal panels, providing durability and a contemporary architectural appearance. The detached buildings are finished with standing seam metal roofing backed by a 20-year warranty, enhancing long-term performance and weather protection.

Mechanical systems utilize 4-ton heat pump units in place of a conventional split-system configuration to improve efficiency and simplify maintenance. Site infrastructure includes installation of two 120-foot-deep dry wells for stormwater management, along with new water, sewer, and electrical services, including provisions for future utility expansion by the power provider.

Preconstruction services included architectural design, engineering, and permitting, ensuring coordinated delivery from planning through construction. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, efficient self-storage facility with flexible storage options, modern building systems, and scalable utility infrastructure.
