Designed and built for Buildingstars, this project is a 50,000 SF building renovation and interior office improvement.

This project consists of a 50,000 SF building renovation and exterior re-facade, including an approximately 10,000 SF interior office improvement completed for Buildingstars and Green Sky. The scope modernized both the building exterior and interior workspace while enhancing building performance and occupant experience.

Exterior improvements included structural modifications to accommodate decorative entrance canopies and new wall fenestration, creating a more contemporary fa莽ade and increasing natural daylight into the building. Architectural finishes incorporated Brazilian hardwood (Ipe) accent walls at both the exterior and interior, providing durable, high-quality finish elements throughout the project.

The office renovation included reconfiguration of interior walls to maximize natural light penetration and create a more open, functional work environment. Building systems were upgraded with state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical systems to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance. The project was engineered to transform an existing commercial property into a modern office environment with upgraded building systems, enhanced architectural character, and improved workplace functionality.
