Completed for Craig Davis Properties, this project is a 240,000-square-foot, 270-unit luxury apartment community.

This project consists of an approximately 240,000 SF luxury apartment community featuring 270 residential units within a three-story, garden-style development. The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate a variety of resident lifestyles. The buildings utilize Type V-B wood-frame construction with open-air corridors, creating an efficient garden-style layout.

Exterior finishes include fiber cement siding and cast stone cladding, providing a durable, low-maintenance building envelope. Site improvements include 351 surface parking spaces and 40 detached garage spaces, supporting resident and guest parking.

A single-story, approximately 10,000 SF clubhouse serves as the community's primary amenity building and includes a fitness center, game room, kitchen area, and business center. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool with sun deck, outdoor firepits, dog park and dog wash station, pickleball court, bocce ball court, pavilion, and game lawn, creating a variety of recreational and social spaces throughout the property.

The project was engineered to deliver a high-quality multifamily community with durable construction, efficient site planning, and a comprehensive amenity package designed to enhance the resident experience.
