Under construction for Teklab, this project is a 40,000-square-foot laboratory and office space.

This project is currently under construction and consists of an approximately 40,000 SF laboratory facility designed to support specialized research and technical operations. The building includes approximately 10,000 SF of office space, integrating administrative and support functions with the laboratory environment.

The facility is being constructed using tilt-up construction with painted concrete panels, providing a durable building envelope and efficient structural system. Building access includes two 8-foot by 10-foot drive-in doors and one 12-foot by 14-foot drive-in door, allowing equipment, materials, and service vehicles to move directly into designated areas of the facility.

The roof assembly consists of a 60-mil mechanically fastened TPO roofing system, designed for long-term weather protection and performance. Site improvements include 146 parking stalls to accommodate employees and visitors. Once complete, the facility will provide an integrated laboratory and office environment with durable construction, flexible access, and infrastructure designed to support long-term operations.
