Completed for StoryPoint Group, this project is an 90,000-square-foot senior living community featuring assisted living and memory care units.

This project consists of an approximately 90,000 SF senior living community designed to provide both assisted living and memory care services within a single integrated campus. The two-story facility includes 72 assisted living units and 30 memory care units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences to accommodate varying levels of care. The community is licensed as a Home for the Aged and is constructed using non-combustible metal-frame construction for long-term durability and life safety.

Resident amenities include a fitness center, therapy room, temple/theater, bistro caf茅, salon, and multiple activity rooms, providing spaces that support wellness, rehabilitation, recreation, and social engagement. A full-service commercial kitchen supports daily dining operations and resident meal service.

Exterior improvements include landscaped courtyards and walking paths, creating secure outdoor environments for recreation, therapy, and resident interaction. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, resident-focused senior living community with integrated healthcare support, modern amenities, and thoughtfully planned indoor and outdoor spaces.
