Designed and built for R&S Machining, this project is a 40,000-square-foot aerospace component manufacturing facility.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF aerospace component manufacturing facility designed to support advanced, high-tech production operations. The facility includes a tilt-up concrete structure with an approximately 3,000 SF second-story office, integrating administrative and engineering functions directly with the manufacturing environment.

The facility includes approximately 10,000 SF of dedicated finish space incorporating quality control, assembly, and office areas, supporting multiple stages of the manufacturing process within a coordinated layout. The project involved the redevelopment of an existing manufacturing operation, with building systems and production areas configured to meet specialized aerospace manufacturing requirements.

The building is 100% temperature controlled, providing consistent environmental conditions throughout production, assembly, and support areas. Electrical infrastructure includes a 1,600-amp, 277/480-volt service, providing capacity for manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The project was engineered to deliver a controlled, durable manufacturing environment with integrated production, quality control, assembly, and office functions.
