Designed and built for Realterm, this project is a 13,000-square-foot intermodal cargo facility expansion at Will Rodgers Airport.

This project consists of an expansion to the intermodal cargo facility at Will Rogers Airport, including construction of an approximately 13,000 SF office and warehouse facility to support cargo handling and airport logistics operations. The building integrates warehouse and administrative space to improve operational efficiency and accommodate growing freight activity.

The facility is designed with a 17-foot 6-inch clear height, providing functional space for cargo staging, material handling, and warehouse operations. The expansion was engineered to integrate with the existing intermodal cargo campus while enhancing operational capacity and supporting continued growth in air freight and distribution activities.
