This state-of-the-art, 16,000-seat outdoor venue is set to open in 2026 and will host up to 40 major concerts each year, featuring top artists from around the world. Located on a 165-acre, levee-protected site, the amphitheater will offer an exceptional concert experience with fixed seating under a 100,000-square-foot canopy and an earth-retained auditorium bowl designed for both acoustics and comfort.
Beyond entertainment, the venue will serve as a community hub, featuring 13 auxiliary buildings including a VIP Club, Concession Village, speed bars and box office facilities. With 6,000 parking spaces, 10 dock positions and 40 trailer and artist tour bus parking spaces, the site will also ensure efficient access for artists, crews and fans alike. ARCO is overseeing complete venue construction, site improvements, from custom lighting and irrigation to stadium-style parking light poles and a CCTV system.
