Designed and built for Emerald Development, this project consists of the renovation of three historic residential buildings and their 125 units.

This project consists of the renovation of three historic residential buildings, each more than 100 years old, completed to preserve the existing structures while modernizing building systems and resident living spaces. The scope included comprehensive building infrastructure repairs along with renovations to 125 residential units, common corridors, and lobby areas.

Work focused on upgrading aging building systems, improving functionality, and enhancing the resident experience while maintaining the character of the historic properties. Common area renovations modernized circulation spaces and building entrances, while unit renovations improved interior finishes and overall livability. The project was engineered to extend the service life of the existing buildings through coordinated structural, architectural, and infrastructure improvements while preserving their historic significance.
