This new development will include:

Fare Foodsā€™ new facility will be constructed using concrete tilt-up panels with Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) installed inside. IMPs deliver high performance while providing faster installation and a more cost-effective option for cold storage facilities.

This new facility represents a significant step forward for Fare Foods, expanding their operational capacity while reinforcing their long-standing presence in the Du Quoin community.

ARCO Construction is proud to partner with Capital Bay Partners, Foundation Capital Partners and Raith Capital Partners, LLC on Horizon at Skyway Commons, a commercial tenant improvement project set to enhance one of Surpriseā€™s most active industrial corridors. The project includes constructing Ā±1,800 square feet of speculative office improvements and warehouse upgrades across an existing Ā±135,000 SF building.

Horizon at Skyway Commons represents a continued investment in the cityā€™s industrial market. The renovation scope includes upgraded lighting across the warehouse, installation of dock equipment, improvements on existing overhead doors and levelers to boost long-term flexibility for future tenants.

Construction is scheduled to begin in August, with substantial completion expected by November 2025. The team has already kicked off design and permitting efforts, with the first submission to the City of Surprise submitted in April.

ARCO is thrilled to announce that construction is officially underway for the Live Nation Riverside Amphitheater in Riverside, Missouri. Alongside community members and partners, we broke ground on what will soon become a 16,000-capacity venue set to be a cornerstone for music and entertainment in Kansas City.

ĘßÉ«·¬¶ÆĀž the Project

This state-of-the-art, 16,000-seat outdoor venue is set to open in 2026 and will host up to 40 major concerts each year, featuring top artists from around the world. Located on a 165-acre, levee-protected site, the amphitheater will offer an exceptional concert experience with fixed seating under a 100,000-square-foot canopy and an earth-retained auditorium bowl designed for both acoustics and comfort.

Beyond entertainment, the venue will serve as a community hub, featuring 13 auxiliary buildings including a VIP Club, Concession Village, speed bars and box office facilities. With 6,000 parking spaces, 10 dock positions and 40 trailer and artist tour bus parking spaces, the site will also ensure efficient access for artists, crews and fans alike. ARCO is overseeing complete venue construction, site improvements, from custom lighting and irrigation to stadium-style parking light poles and a CCTV system.

Key project leadership is provided by ARCO Construction Vice President Matt Sander and Senior Project Manager Adam Meyer. Live Nationā€™s in-house Blueprint Studios conceptualized the amphitheaterā€™s unique design, alongside local architecture firm Generator Studio. Together with skilled local site management from ARCO and labor from our dedicated subcontractors, weā€™re committed to creating a one-of-a-kind music destination.

This project promises a substantial boost to Riversideā€™s economy, generating $250 million in economic impact and over 1,000 construction jobs. Once operational, Riverside Amphitheater will support more than 500 permanent positions and contribute $70 million in economic impact to local businesses annually.

Hosting 500,000 fans each year, the venue will serve as a gathering place for locals and visitors, offering a valuable opportunity for a local naming rights partner as it builds Riversideā€™s cultural and economic landscape.

ARCO National Construction has completed an 858,000-square-foot distribution facility for Scannell Properties and Five Below in Buckeye, Arizona. The project was developed to support large-scale retail distribution and e-commerce operations within the rapidly growing Phoenix industrial market.

Constructed using tilt-up concrete, the facility features a 40-foot clear height and a fully conditioned warehouse environment designed to maintain operational efficiency and employee comfort. The building includes 161 dock positions and two drive-in doors to support high-volume logistics and distribution throughput.

The facility incorporates a conveyor system with catwalks to streamline material handling and improve operational flow throughout the warehouse. Office space within the building includes an 11,569-square-foot main office, a 7,254-square-foot shipping and receiving office, and a 4,352-square-foot e-commerce office to support administrative and operational functions.

Additional building systems include an ESFR sprinkler system to support fire protection requirements for high-pile storage and distribution operations.

The completed facility provides Five Below with a modern, high-capacity distribution hub designed to support continued growth and efficient delivery across its retail and e-commerce network.

ARCO is proud to announce the successful completion of a 217,000 square foot speculative warehouse for repeat clients Silver Creek Development and Stonemont Financial. This state-of-the-art facility is located on a 13.26-acre site, featuring cutting-edge construction and design, ideal for tenants in need of modern, adaptable industrial space.

The single-story, free-standing facility was constructed using concrete tilt-up construction, boasting 48 dock doors, a 32-foot interior clear height and 162 parking stalls complemented by 44 trailer storage parking spaces. Designed to meet both immediate and future needs, the warehouse offers a 3,000 square foot speculative tenant improvement office suite.

With a focus on long-term sustainability, the facility incorporates eight onsite drywells for private stormwater management. The buildingā€™s infrastructure includes a 3,000-amp electrical service with rough-in for an additional 3,000 amps, providing flexibility for future expansion. Additionally, the under-slab sanitary sewer rough-in ā€�Eā€¯ allows for the future streamlining of tenant improvements at building corners and primary elevations.

The project also included significant public infrastructure improvements, enhancing the surrounding area with half a mile of new public roadway, street paving, sidewalks, water and sewer services, as well as bike lane striping. These improvements are a key contribution to the regionā€™s growing industrial sector, promoting both traffic efficiency and community safety.

ARCO is excited to partner with Stonemont Financial Group and Silver Creek Development to announce a new industrial facility, the El Mirage Commerce Center in Phoenixā€™s West Valley.

The El Mirage Commerce Center broke ground last week and will cover 13 acres, including a 216,688-sqaure-foot speculative warehouse. The space may be used for distribution or storage and can be divided into four tenant spaces, totaling up to 54,080 square feet each.

The El Mirage Commerce Center will be located approximately 30 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix, near Luke Air Force Base at 9755 N. El Mirage Road. This location offers easy freeway access and nearby shopping and dining to attract potential tenants.

ARCO Mountain West is the general contractor and GMA Architects is the architect for the project. John Werstler, Cooper Fratt and Tanner Ferrandi of CBRE Group Inc. are the leasing brokers.

ARCO Construction recently completed the 92,450 SF Millpark Logistics Center speculative office and warehouse. Located in Maryland Heights, Missouri, the building can accommodate up to four tenant spaces with nine dock positions (expandable to 21) and two drive-in doors.

Featuring tilt-up wall panels and steel frame construction, Millpark features include 28ā€™-0ā€¯ clear height for product storage, 60ā€™ speed bay, and four aluminum storefront entrances so companies can both showcase and distribute product from the same location.

This project was developed by Clearpath Development Partners and Block Real Estate Services, LLC. In ARCOā€™s long term partnerships with both Clearpath Development Partners and Block Real Estate Services, we have successfully completed multiple projects and counting.

Our team also completed a tenant improvement for TierPoint within one of the four tenant spaces, which included office space and a 14,500 SF Tier 3 data center for secure data storage and cloud solutions.
