ARCO Construction is proud to partner with , and on Horizon at Skyway Commons, a commercial tenant improvement project set to enhance one of Surprise鈥檚 most active industrial corridors. The project includes constructing 卤1,800 square feet of speculative office improvements and warehouse upgrades across an existing 卤135,000 SF building.
Horizon at Skyway Commons represents a continued investment in the city鈥檚 industrial market. The renovation scope includes upgraded lighting across the warehouse, installation of dock equipment, improvements on existing overhead doors and levelers to boost long-term flexibility for future tenants.

Construction is scheduled to begin in August, with substantial completion expected by November 2025. The team has already kicked off design and permitting efforts, with the first submission to the City of Surprise submitted in April.
